Here is another recipe video we posted on Youtube. Using Cilembu sweet potato from Indonesia, which is perfect variety for this very recipe, we will show you how to make semi dried sweet potato sticks at home.
This particular snack is called "go-goo-ma-mal-lengi", or written "고구마 말랭이" in Korean. It's a very popular snack in Korea, because it does not require any additives whatsoever. This is 100% purely sweet potato (in our case, 100% Indonesian sweet potato) only snack, which tastes good and very satisfying as well.
If you have a semi dryer appliance at home, this recipe is a piece of cake! It requires a low heat with blowing against the sweet potato sticks so this piece of appliance is a must, if you want to make this at home.
